Q – What can I expect in my Serviced Apartment?
A– You will enjoy a comfortable stay in a clean apartment equipped with smart TV and high speed Wi-Fi facilities plus a fully-equipped kitchen for when you feel like cooking for two or for a family.
Q – Do you allow pets?
A – Unfortunately we do not allow pets in any of our apartments.
Q – Do you allow smoking?
A – We do not allow smoking inside any of our apartments.
Q – Do you take a security deposit? If so, how does this work?
A – Yes, we hold a pre-authorised £150 deposit on the credit or debit card used to pay the booking of your apartment. This is held on the day of check in and is released upon our cleaning team confirming no incidental damage has occured. We notify you within 24 hours of check out if there is any instances of damage. When we release the security deposit it may take up to 7 days to be accessible in your account
Q – What are your cancellation policies?
A – We allow free cancelation up to 30 days prior to check-in, after that point we retain 100% of the total reservation. Late bookings, made within less than 30 days before check in, are not refundable
Q – When making a booking, how much do I need to pay up front?
A – To secure your booking the total payment of your selected apartment must be received by us in cleared funds immediately at booking. We take full total of your booking costs upfront prior to check-in to the apartment.
